Our ambition is bold and clear: to dramatically transform the African continent through strategic trade partnerships and cutting-edge artificial intelligence development. We aim to position Africa as a global technology leader while creating sustainable economic prosperity for all our people.
AI Development Hub
Establish Africa as a world-leading center for artificial intelligence research, development, and application, creating solutions tailored to African challenges and opportunities. We are building a network of AI research institutes, data science academies, and machine learning laboratories across the continent. By investing in local talent and computing infrastructure, we aim to ensure that Africa is not merely a consumer of AI technology but a creator and exporter of intelligent systems that address food security, healthcare, climate resilience, and financial inclusion at scale.
Continental Trade Network
Build robust intra-African trade corridors and partnerships, reducing dependency on external markets and strengthening economic sovereignty across the continent. Leveraging the African Continental Free Trade Area framework, we are developing logistics networks, cross-border payment systems, and trade facilitation platforms that connect producers, manufacturers, and consumers across all 54 nations. Our goal is a self-sustaining internal market that generates wealth, creates employment, and insulates African economies from global volatility.
Education & Skills
Develop comprehensive technology education programs to train the next generation of African AI engineers, data scientists, and tech entrepreneurs. Our curriculum initiatives span primary coding literacy through to postgraduate research fellowships, partnering with universities, polytechnics, and vocational institutions across the continent. We fund scholarships, sponsor exchange programmes, and deploy mobile learning units to reach rural communities — ensuring that geography and economic background are never barriers to participating in Africa's technological future.
Innovation Ecosystem
Create accelerators, incubators, and funding mechanisms to support African tech startups and innovation hubs across all 54 nations. We are building a continent-wide network of innovation centres that provide founders with workspace, mentorship, seed funding, and access to regional markets. By connecting entrepreneurs in Lagos, Nairobi, Cairo, and Cape Town to global venture networks, we are cultivating an innovation culture that solves African problems with African ingenuity — and exports those solutions to the world.
Infrastructure Development
Invest in digital infrastructure, including high-speed internet, data centers, and computing facilities to support our technological transformation. From subsea fibre cables to last-mile rural connectivity, we are closing the digital divide that has long excluded millions from the global economy. Our infrastructure programme spans smart energy grids, cloud computing centres, 5G corridors, and interoperable payment rails — laying the physical and digital foundations upon which every other pillar of African development depends.
Global Partnerships
Forge strategic alliances with global tech leaders while maintaining African ownership and control of our technological development. We engage governments, multilateral institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and private sector leaders across every continent to mobilise investment, transfer knowledge, and open markets for African innovation.
